At Algidi FZ-LLC ("Algidi", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to
protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect,
use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our
websites, mobile applications, and other online services
(collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of
information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not
agree with the terms, please do not use our Services. Where required
by applicable law, we obtain your consent before processing certain
categories of information, including Face Data and tracking-related
identifiers.
We designed our app to work without requiring you to create an
account. We do not ask for your email, phone number, or social login.
We may collect the following categories of information:
Profile Information You Provide: Your first name
(optional), age, and the preferences you select during onboarding
(such as your goals, skin type, current routine, focus areas, and
preferred exercise duration and time). This information is used to
personalize your program and is stored on your device.
Face Images: When you use features that require the
camera or photo library, the app captures or lets you select a photo
of your face. See the "Face Data" section below for details on how
these images are used and protected.
Device and Usage Information: A randomly generated app
identifier, device identifier, device model, operating system, app
version, approximate country, and usage events (such as screens
viewed, onboarding steps, and feature interactions). This is collected
through our analytics and experimentation providers (see "Third-Party
Services").
Purchase Information: When you buy a subscription, the
purchase is processed by the Apple App Store. We receive transaction
and subscription status information through our subscription provider
(Qonversion). We do not collect or store your payment card
details.
Notifications: With your permission, we schedule local
reminders on your device. You can disable notifications at any time in
your device settings.
You will be asked for explicit consent before the app can access your
camera, photo library, or send tracking-related data. You may revoke
any of these permissions at any time in your device settings.
We may use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
- Personalize your program and recommendations
- Analyze your face images to estimate facial age, track progress, and
generate face fitness recommendations
- Process and validate subscriptions through the App Store
- Send you reminders and respond to support requests
- Measure app performance, run product experiments (A/B testing), and
understand how the app is installed and used
- Prevent fraud and ensure security
- Comply with legal obligations
Face images are used exclusively to analyze facial features and
provide recommendations. The analysis is performed through the OpenAI
API. The image is transmitted securely, used only to process your
request, and then discarded. We do not retain or reuse face images for
any other purpose.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share limited data with
the trusted service providers described in "Third-Party Services" only
as necessary to operate the app.
Algidi processes facial images solely to provide facial analysis,
estimate facial age, track progress, and generate face fitness
recommendations.
Face Data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, audience
segmentation, or targeted promotions.
Face Data is not used for identity authentication, facial recognition,
or to identify anonymous users, and we do not create biometric
identifiers or facial templates.
Face Data is not shared with analytics providers, advertising
platforms, attribution providers, or data brokers.
Face images are transmitted off your device only with your explicit
consent and solely to our processing provider (OpenAI) to perform the
analysis you request. Face images are processed through the OpenAI API
solely to generate the analysis requested by the user. We do not
permit the use of such images for advertising, profiling, or any
unrelated purposes. For more details, see the

We obtain your clear and explicit consent before any face image is
captured. Face images and their analysis results are stored locally on
your device; the images are processed only transiently by OpenAI and
are discarded immediately after analysis, and are not stored
permanently on our servers. You can delete your face history from
within the app at any time.
You may withdraw your consent at any time in your device settings. If
you withdraw camera access, the face image features will be disabled.
On iOS, before we use any identifier to measure app installations and
conversions across other apps and websites, we ask for your permission
through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you do not
grant permission, we do not use such tracking. You can change your
choice at any time in your device settings under Privacy & Security
→ Tracking.
We use device and app identifiers to operate analytics, run
experiments, and attribute app installations. We do not use these
identifiers to build advertising profiles about you.
Where required by law, we process your personal data based on:
- Your consent
- Performance of a contract
- Compliance with a legal obligation
- Our legitimate interest in improving Services and protecting
security
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations. Since the app does not require an account, most data remains stored locally on your device until deleted by you. Face images are retained only temporarily during processing and are discarded immediately after analysis.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal information
- Request correction or deletion
- Object to processing or request restriction
- Withdraw consent (if processing is based on consent)
You may revoke camera access at any time in your device settings.
Without camera access, face image features will be disabled.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage over the internet is completely secure.
In the event of a data breach in which user data collected from our Applications is compromised, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law. This may include notification via email or in-app notification.
Our Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
We use the following third-party service providers, who process data
on our behalf:
- OpenAI — processes face images solely to provide
the analysis requested by the user, in accordance with its applicable
policies and agreements. See the
OpenAI Privacy Policy.
- Amplitude — product analytics (usage events and app
identifiers).
- AppsFlyer — measures app installations and
conversions (used in selected regions only).
- GrowthBook — feature flags and A/B testing (device
and app identifiers).
- Qonversion — subscription management and
validation.
- Apple App Store — processes purchases and
subscriptions.
On-device face detection is performed locally using platform-native
frameworks (Apple Vision on iOS, Google ML Kit on Android). No
face detection data is sent to any external server.
These providers are permitted to use the data only to provide their
services to us. Our Services may also contain links to other
third-party services; we are not responsible for the privacy practices
of such third parties.
Your information may be transferred and processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers.
We may send you marketing communications. You can opt-out by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, or by contacting us directly. Please note that transactional or essential service-related communications will still be sent, even if you opt out of marketing emails.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
